Website keeps trying to charge me for something I never ordered

I got an email from some website saying I owed them money. I never ordered anything from them at all. I don’t even know what they sell. They keep sending me messages trying to get payment.

The address they had was 2427 Lennox St, Pomona, CA 91767. I looked it up and it didn’t make sense. I didn’t buy anything so why are they coming after me for 4 dollars? It’s not a lot of money but it’s the principle.

I think someone might have used my info or something. I just want them to stop contacting me. I never gave them permission to take anything.
