Weird AI video selling brain honey cure with Bill Gates and celebrities

I got this thing online, I guess an ad or something. It was some AI generated presentation selling this "brain honey" stuff, saying it’s a cure for Alzheimer’s. They had Bill Gates and the Gates Foundation endorsing it, plus a bunch of old celebrities saying it saved their movie careers.

I didn’t fall for it, it just felt strange. There was no real company name on it, just a website to order from. I lost $300 on it though because I actually clicked and bought it before I realized how fake it was. No proof of anything, just the video. Nobody replied when I tried to ask questions.
