Tried to buy an electric scooter and lost my money

I saw this deal for an electric scooter from Nontional. It was too good to be true, and I guess it was. I tried purchasing it. The total came to $50. The contact was a phone number, 1(717) 847-3818, and an email, [email protected]. The money came out of my account but I never got anything. No scooter, no tracking, nothing. Just my money gone.
