Ordered game tables for Christmas, never got them, company stopped replying

I ordered two game tables for a Christmas gift on October 7. The money came out of my account by October 9. They gave me a tracking number that said it would be delivered on November 10. That day came and went and I never saw a package. Then I got a notification saying my package was delivered at 2:13 AM and was signed for. Who signed for it, Casper the ghost? Nobody was up at that time.

I emailed the company. They apologized and said they would re-ship my package and I'd have it by Christmas. They gave me another tracking number. It looked legit and even showed up on the USPS tracker. I live in North Carolina, but the tracking said the package was delivered on January 12 to Long Beach, California.

I emailed them again, this time asking for a refund. No response. Nothing. I'm out over $80.
