Ordered a pacifier plushie and never got any response

I ordered a pacifier plushie on 4/8/26. Money came out of my account the same day and I got an email confirmation with the order number saying I’d be notified when it shipped. Now almost a month later it still hasn’t shipped.

I filled out their “contact us” form on their website like 3 times, they say they respond within 24 hours. I also emailed them at least 5 times using 3 different email addresses I found for them. I even messaged their Instagram page once. Never got a single reply. Their address is 145 Gruner Rd, Buffalo, NY 14227. The website is nookums.com. I lost $21.98.
