Paid 1.95 for a test then got charged 39.95 twice

I took an online test on their site nordicalab.com. Paid 1.95 for the results through PayPal. Then they charged me $39.95 two times. I filed two complaints with PayPal about it but PayPal is still paying them.

I emailed [email protected] but no reply. Just kept getting charged. Lost about 80 bucks total. Does not make sense how they can keep taking money after I said stop.

Facebook ADHD test charged me $39.95 without permission

I took an online ADHD test on Facebook just to satisfy my curiosity. I didn't mind paying the $1.95 just for the online test. I never signed up for anything for $39.95.

Now I see your agency has received a number of complaints. I am sending Nordica Labs an email requesting my money ($39.95) back to my PayPal account or to me directly. Their email was [email protected].

I have no other information on this company, but I imagine your agency does. Thank you.
