Ordered a pool and got fake tracking numbers from them

I ordered a pool for 65.00. Got an email from [email protected] with fake tracking numbers. They sent me shipping info but I never received my item. Just nothing showed up. The money came out of my account and that was it. Tried to follow the tracking and it didn't go anywhere. Just felt off from the start.
