Paid collateral for a loan and never got the money or a refund

I applied for a loan with North Bridge Financial Group. They charged me for a collateral loan, so I paid the $580 they said I needed. Then they told me more money was needed. I told them to just refund me instead. The agent said they would add the extra amount on the back of the loan, so I agreed. Later I found out that couldn't be done and they said my money would be refunded.

They've given me three different dates for the deposit into my account. All those dates have passed and I've received nothing. I even called Ria money transfer, the company that processed my payment. They said the transfer didn't go through and wanted to know why I was calling. I told them I never got my loan or my refund.

Now North Bridge Financial Group just won't answer me. They don't return my calls or respond to my emails. I've tried calling (888) 210-6761 and emailing [email protected]. Nothing.
