Ordered compression shirts and nothing ever moved in shipping

I ordered a compression shirt from this company because they had a deal where you buy one and get two free. That was on July 3rd. Then I got an email saying there was some issue with the shipping and they would fix it soon. That was the week of July 6.

The person who was supposed to be the CEO emailed me and said it would be resolved the next day. But all I got after that was this generic stock email saying the issue was fixed. The tracking number still shows the exact same thing as when they first marked it shipped. It just says "In Transit" from that same week in July and nothing has changed.

I emailed them on July 14th to just cancel the whole order. I lost $72.10 on this.
