Ordered Sketcher sandals but got cheap fakes instead

I ordered what I thought were Sketcher sandals from their website. It took weeks to get them. When they finally showed up they were not what I saw on the website at all. So cheaply made, like plastic junk.

I did everything they asked. Sent them the order number, pictures to show I never wore them. I just wanted a refund. But they said they would only give me 75% off another pair of shoes. And the return cost would be expensive because they wanted me to send them back to China.

I lost about $59.60 on this. Their email is [email protected]. I just want my money back for the counterfeit product they sent me.
