Ordered shoes from Northend, never got them, no one answers calls

I ordered some shoes from Northend and I never got the product. Then I got a call from a vendor from Northend and I told him to cancel my order and refund my money to my credit card. But that never happened.

I keep calling the phone number they gave me 720-706-5933 but no one answers or returns my calls. I also saw they have a facebook page and an email [email protected] but nothing helps. I lost $89.97 on this.

I just want my money back asap.
