Shoes came two months late and looked nothing like the ad

I ordered shoes from an ad I saw on social media and it took almost 2 months for them to show up. I kept asking for tracking info and got nothing. When the package finally came, the shoes were not what was advertised at all. Cheap quality, made in China.

I emailed them at [email protected] about a return and refund. They just gave me the run around and said it would cost me too much to ship them back to China. Real poor customer service. I lost 89 dollars on this.

Fake product from northend.shop took over seven weeks

I ordered from this website northend.shop and paid $95. The product took more than 7 weeks to get here. When it finally showed up it's the cheapest fake version of what they show on their site. Not even close to the styles in the pictures.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The phone number on the site is (720) 706-5933 but I don't even know if that's real. Just want people to know this place is not legit.

Instagram ad shoe turned out to be cheap plastic from China

I ordered a pair of brand name shoes after seeing them on an Instagram ad. The website was northend.shop and I paid about 60 bucks for them. I got a confirmation email from [email protected].

The package came from China and when I opened it, the shoes were just thrown in there, no box or anything. They don't have any name on them, they're made of this cheap plastic stuff. They look nothing like the picture in the ad. The sizing is off too, they don't even fit right.

I tried to email them but no reply. I'm just out the $59.96 I guess.

Advertised as Crocs but sent cheap plastic knockoffs

I ordered what they said were Crocs from northend.shop. They advertised them as name brand Crocs but what showed up was some cheap plastic knockoff shoes. Totally fake.

I tried calling them at 720-706-5933 and no one picks up. I also emailed them at [email protected] and [email protected] and [email protected]. No response at all. They also never gave me a return address to send them back. I lost $59.96 on this.

Ordered Arcade shoes from Northend.shop got cheap plastic pair instead

I ordered a pair of Arcade slip-on slip-off sneakers from their website. Paid $60. When the package showed up it came from somewhere international, maybe Asia. Inside was this worthless plastic cheap pair of shoes called Yamaite. Not even close to what I ordered.

I contacted them and they said returning them would cost a lot for shipping and take weeks just to decide if they even accept the return. Instead they offered me a 50% gift card toward another purchase. Like they want me to get scammed again. After that they stopped replying to my emails. My AI search described the scam situation and it matched exactly what happened to me. I just want to warn people so they don't deal with this same hassle.

Sent me fake shoes and then wanted more money for a refund

I ordered what was supposed to be name brand shoes from northend.shop. What showed up was clearly a fake pair, not even close to what I bought. I emailed them at [email protected] and they said if I wanted a refund I’d have to pay a lot for shipping back. Or I could get a 50% discount on another pair of their fake shoes. So they’re trying to get more money out of me after the first scam. Their website is https://northend.shop/ and they claim to be in Denver but the package shipped from China. I lost $70. Wrong shoes sent from northend.shop and now they want me to pay return shipping

I ordered from northend.shop and they sent me the wrong shoes. Not even close to what I picked out. Just cheap crap I never would have bought.

I called them up and they said I could either pay to ship the shoes back myself or keep them and they'd give me a discount on another order. Like I want to buy more from them after this? I already lost $60 on this nonsense.
