Shoes from this site are not as advertised
The shoes got here way later than they said and I didn't even need them by that point. When they finally did show up, they looked and felt super cheap. I just unzipped the bag a little to feel the material and yeah, it was bad. I asked for a return right away. First they wanted pictures, then they told me I had to pay to ship them back myself. They said it would be expensive so I should just keep them and take 50% off my next order instead.
I've emailed them a few times and even called the number they gave. It just goes to a voicemail that says "Please leave a message." There was no real store name on anything. I've tried to work this out but it's pointless. I just lost my $99.95. I don't want anyone else to get ripped off like this.
Shoes came two months late and looked nothing like the ad
I emailed them at [email protected] about a return and refund. They just gave me the run around and said it would cost me too much to ship them back to China. Real poor customer service. I lost 89 dollars on this.

Instagram ad shoe turned out to be cheap plastic from China
The package came from China and when I opened it, the shoes were just thrown in there, no box or anything. They don't have any name on them, they're made of this cheap plastic stuff. They look nothing like the picture in the ad. The sizing is off too, they don't even fit right.
I tried to email them but no reply. I'm just out the $59.96 I guess.

Ordered Arcade shoes from Northend.shop got cheap plastic pair instead
I contacted them and they said returning them would cost a lot for shipping and take weeks just to decide if they even accept the return. Instead they offered me a 50% gift card toward another purchase. Like they want me to get scammed again. After that they stopped replying to my emails. My AI search described the scam situation and it matched exactly what happened to me. I just want to warn people so they don't deal with this same hassle.

I called them up and they said I could either pay to ship the shoes back myself or keep them and they'd give me a discount on another order. Like I want to buy more from them after this? I already lost $60 on this nonsense.
