Ordered nicotine pouches, got a refund promise and nothing else

I saw an ad for northpouch.com with reduced pricing on some nicotine pouches. I placed an order. Right after I paid, the site said there was a 10 to 14 day fulfillment period. So I waited.

After that time, they said they were going to issue a refund. They told me it would take another 10 days to show up in my bank account. That was back in the middle of February. It's now way past that and I haven't received any payment back. The $108.10 is just gone.

Ordered from northpouch.com, they took my money but never shipped.

I placed an order with northpouch.com on February 2nd. It was over ninety dollars. Their website says they ship within 24 hours and pride themselves on fast processing.

They took my money right away and sent an order confirmation. But it's now February 5th and they haven't shipped anything. I've sent emails asking about the delay and I haven't gotten a single reply. Nothing. They just processed the payment and that was it.
