Ordered from Northrynactive, never got it and can't reach anyone

I placed an order on the northrynactive.com website and my money was taken, $61.77. I never received anything. I tried to contact them through the email they list, [email protected], but got no reply. Their phone number doesn't work either. I looked them up and they have a bunch of different business addresses listed, like one on Broadway in California. Nothing adds up and I can't get a hold of anyone about my order.
