Ordered a sweatshirt online and got a cheap, wrong item I can't return

I bought a sweatshirt from a website I saw on Facebook, NorthTrustWears.com. The ad said it was "made in Toronto." I tried to cancel my order the same day, but they just ignored me.

They sent an email saying their local warehouse was out of the sweatshirt, so they'd send one from China. But the tracking number they gave showed it shipped from Spain. When it finally got here, the quality was terrible. The color and size were wrong, and there are no tags at all—no size, no fabric, no company name, nothing.

I've emailed them about returning it, but they don't reply. I opened a claim with PayPal, but I haven't gotten anywhere with a refund or sending this thing back.
