I got an email from Norton Inc saying $439.00 was charged to my debit card. The name on it was Sean Joseph. I think it's all a lie, a total scam. The email told me to call an 805 number for a refund.
The first man who answered had me download anydesk.com and tried to get my bank info. They got my name but wanted more. They asked for my social security number and bank details on a refund form. That was all a scam.
I told them I only have five dollars and then the manager guy just hung up on me. The first guy was looking through things on my phone. I don't know what he saw or got.
