Threatening letter about a warranty I never had

I got this letter in the mail and it was very threatening and intimidating. I have no business or warranties with these people or whatever company this is supposed to be. I don't even know who they are.

There was no company name on it, just an address in Texas. I shared the letter with my bank already and reported it. I didn't lose any money but the way it was written really scared me.
