Invoice for services we never asked for

I got an invoice in the mail from some address in Houston, 10878 Westheimer Rd #102. The thing is, we never ordered any services from them. It just showed up like a bill for something we didn't do. No company name on the paper, just that address.

I don't know who these people are. It felt strange getting a bill for nothing. I'm not paying it obviously, but it's annoying to have to deal with this kind of thing. No money lost on my end, just a waste of time.
