BE AWARE

Be very aware when ordering from this site / company , it is a scam and you will not receive the order and your money will not be refunded. I ordered from here and never got my package, so I contacted customer service and they shipped me another order that said deliverd but I never received my order. I have never had an issue getting mail or packages at my residence. I contacted the company again and was told that i can not be refunded in full but only a percent , this is very poor business and I should have read all the reviews before ordering . This site needs to be shut down , probably wont happen because there are to many crooks / scammers in this would and no one can be trusted !

Ordered dresses from a Facebook site that never showed up

I ordered dresses off a site I saw on Facebook called novaelyraxo. The carrier was jifan and their email was [email protected]. They said it was delivered and it wasn't, then they said they resent it and it was delivered again and it wasn't.

I paid $29.98. I included the picture of the person and the site. Can you help me with this or was I scammed? Thank you.

Ordered something from their site and never got it

I ordered something from that website novaelyraxo.com and they took my money. It was 42 dollars. I never got anything. Not even a tracking number or anything. I tried looking them up after and saw other people had the same thing happen. The address said CA USA but I don’t even know if that’s real. Money was just gone. No package ever showed up.
