Ordered dresses from Facebook ad and never got them

I ordered a 10 pack of summer dresses on May 4, 2026 from this site novaelyraxo.com. I saw the ad on Facebook. I followed the tracking number they gave me for about a month. Finally it said my order was delivered through DHL but I never got anything.

When I tried to contact them the email they gave me [email protected] doesn't work. The phone number they put on the order page for questions is fake too. Just a non-existing number. So I lost $29.98 and have nothing to show for it.

Clothing site ad everywhere with no way to contact them

I kept seeing this clothing site Novaelyraxo.com all over Facebook, TikTok, and even in game ads. The reviews looked good so I went for it. I even googled them and it said they were a clothing distributor.

Well it’s been two weeks now and I just googled them again. Now it says it might be a scam. I tried to email them through the contact us page on the website but it came back undelivered. The email address didn’t even exist. I lost $57.45.
