Cheap shoes that don't match the description and no refund

I ordered from their website and I got the item but it's made with really cheap material. Not what it was described as at all. The site said to size up for wide feet so I did and now the shoes are a whole size too big.

They will not exchange or let me return anything. I lost about 60 dollars. I tried emailing them at [email protected] and nothing. Their phone number is 564-529-8912. The website is try.novasense-usa.store and they also have a Facebook page. Just a horrible experience.
