Signed up for a book service on Instagram and now I can’t get in

I signed up for a week of unlimited access to some book/story service I saw on Instagram. It said Noveliax in the descriptions but the website is Novellax.com.

After I closed my browser I couldn’t even get back into the account. I emailed the contact person to cancel my subscription a few times but nothing. I’ve been keeping my Cash balance low so the charge gets denied. On my bank it shows as Halonovel.

Just want it canceled.
