TikTok ad for workout outfits took my money and never refunded
A month went by and nothing showed up. I have informed delivery and I've lived at the same address for over 5 years so I never have problems with packages. I emailed their customer service and they said it was delivered but couldn't give me any proof. Then they said the address I gave was wrong and they can't give a full refund because it was already discounted.
After some emails back and forth they said they would give me a refund but it would take 15-21 days. That day came and no refund so I emailed again and they said they reprocessed the refund approval. Another month later nothing and they just copied and pasted the same response from a month ago. So now it's been 3 months and they keep saying the refund is approved but I haven't seen a single dollar. Still waiting.
