Bought eye packs on Shopify and they were defective

I ordered some eye packs through Shop or Shopify from this site novlora.com. The products were defective when I got them. I tried emailing their customer care a few times at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back.

I spent $71 on this and I can't get a hold of anyone. Just want my money back or something.
