Got a fake business filing using my home address

I got something in the mail that really threw me off. It was about a business filing using my home address. I don't have a business here. The name they used is completely made up.

The whole thing was just to get me to go to NueBiz.com and sign up. They wanted me to pay to monitor filings and renewals for a business that doesn't even exist. It felt like a trick from the start. My address was used for a fraudulent business name. Now I'm worried about why my address is being used like this.
