Ordered a $40 arm band, then got charged $400 for a subscription
I ordered a simple $39.99 red light arm band from their website nurabeam.com. Three months later I saw a payment for $399.99 on my debit card from them for a "subscription". I had to cancel my card and my bank refunded me. That was in January.
Today I just got 5 emails from [email protected] saying "your payment failed on your subscription" with a link to send a new payment of $399.99. They had my old card. I never signed up for any subscription.

Ordered a red light device and got charged for a subscription I never agreed to
I bought a red light therapy device from nurabeam.com and it was supposed to come with a free gift. I got the device but the free gift never showed up. Then out of nowhere they charged me $399.96 for some subscription I never signed up for.
I emailed them at [email protected] and they said they would refund me. That was like 3 months ago and I still haven't seen a dime. They keep telling me they authorized the refund but the charge is still sitting on my account. I never got any products from this subscription either. Just the one device and then this random charge.

Ordered a red light therapy band and never got it
I ordered a red light therapy belly band from Nurabeam and I never got it. It was $400. Now they’re saying it’s USPS’s fault and USPS says it’s Nurabeam’s fault. Nobody wants to take responsibility.
No refund, no resolution. Just told to deal with it. So I’m out four hundred bucks and nothing to show for it.

Charged $799 for a $129 product and never received anything
I bought a product from NuraBeam for $129.00. They ended up charging my card $799.00 instead. I never got any product from them at all. I tried contacting them at [email protected] but got no reply. It just doesn't make sense, I only agreed to pay the $129.

Charged $399 for a cream subscription I never ordered
I bought something from NuraBeam a while back. Then about a month later, I see a charge on my card for $399. It was for some kind of subscription for a cream. I never ordered that. They just had my credit card information from before and went ahead and charged me. I didn't sign up for any subscription.
