Sauna doesn't get nearly as hot as advertised on their site

I saw constant ads for this NuRecover sauna on social media and their own website. They keep saying it will reach 185 degrees. The heater that comes with it just stops at 158. The inside only gets to about 140, which is way off.

I contacted them about it and they won't give a refund. They only offered store credit. That's for more of their products that probably don't work right either. It just doesn't make sense.
