Ordered a dirt bike helmet and never got it

I bought a "Youth Full Face Dirt Bike Helmet with Goggles and Gloves" from nurneys.com. Order number is ******. I paid $16.99 for it. Still haven't gotten anything.

I checked their website to see if it shipped and it just keeps saying "Not Shipped Yet." I tried calling the phone number they have a few times but nobody ever picks up. No reply at all. So I'm filing this because they took my money and never sent the item or told me anything.
