Ordered a Kyle Busch memorial Funko but got a fake figure of someone else

I saw an ad for a special edition Kyle Busch Funko Pop figure. This was right after his passing. I ordered it and paid $31.59. What showed up was a really poorly packaged figure of some other driver I didn't even know. I looked that driver up and he does have a Funko figure, but what I got was clearly a fake. The quality was bad and the box had differences from the real Funko ones.

I tried emailing them at [email protected]. They said I could spend $20 to $30 to ship it back and get my $31 refund, or they could give me $4. We went back and forth and they finally offered $8. I don't even know if I'll get that. It just feels like they were trying to take advantage of fans who were grieving. Really disappointing.
