Ordered nasal spray online and never got it, no way to reach them

I ordered a nasal spray from Nutr5aMd on June 12, 2026. It was product # 5V96A-02, I saw it advertised online and used my credit card. They sent me a confirmation email with an invoice ID, VE158849.

That was it. I never got the product. I tried to reach them but I can't get through to anyone. No phone number that works, nothing. The website was Faceboo0k and the address they had was 2211 N. First Street in San Jose, CA. I even emailed [email protected] but that didn't help.

I lost $99.98 on this. Just want people to know.
