Ordered a weight loss product and never got it or my money back

I ordered a product from shopnutrapure com for weight loss and paid with my credit card. The product got shipped but then my post office told me the shipping label was fraudulent and wasn't paid for. They said if I wanted the package, I'd have to pay $15.95 for shipping myself. I wasn't going to pay for shipping twice, so the post office turned it over to their fraud department and sent it back.

I've gotten a bunch of emails from the company saying they'll send my issue to their response team and get back to me about a refund. But there's no real email address to contact, just hitting reply. It's now 1/29/2026 and I still haven't gotten my $45 back.
