Ordered something from Nuvamart and never got it

I bought an item from the Nuvamart website. The money came out of my account, but I never received what I ordered.

I tried contacting the seller about it. They kept giving me the runaround, making excuses every time. Finally I told them I just wanted my money back. As soon as I said that, they stopped answering me completely. Now I can't get a reply at all.
