Ordered face masks, never got them, then got charged again
I placed an order with NUVIE on January 2nd for some Korean face masks. Their site said I'd get them in 10 days. I never received anything. I contacted them and they just said it should be coming. Not only did I never get the product they already charged me for, they went and charged my credit card again on January 30th, like it was some subscription. I never set up any subscription.
I found other people talking about this on Reddit. It's the exact same story for everyone—no one gets a refund or the products. It's a scam.
I tried to reply to the order email they sent me about the new charge today. The email bounced back as undeliverable. This company isn't legit.
