Investment site promising IPO shares with no control over how many I buy

I found this website nuvion-capital.com and they were offering these amazing investment opportunities like IPO shares with very high returns. Sounded too good but I went with it anyway.

The thing is you can only choose to subscribe or not, you cannot set the number of shares to buy. Then they tell you got a very large number of shares and need to deposit additional money. They actually sent people to my place to pick up the cash. I lost $145,400 total.

When I wanted to withdraw money they made all kinds of excuses to delay it. Now they demand I have to pay them another $66,300 in fees before I can take anything out of my account. The whole communication is done in Chinese. They are based in NY, USA and their email is [email protected].
