Ordered litter boxes and got delivered to wrong city

I bought two litter boxes and a thousand bags for $29.99 from this website buypurrify.com. The name on my bank statement said NV-TofuPaws. They also took another $29.99 out yesterday. I never got anything.

FedEx said they delivered it to Coatsville, PA but I live in South Fork, PA. No picture of the delivery or anything. I emailed the business and [email protected] but nobody writes back. The payments went through Shopify and they wont help me either. Only way to stop the charges is to close my bank account and open a new one.
