Got a scary letter about my mortgage from a lender I don't have.

I got this letter in the mail saying I owe a $199 "Allocated Waiver." It says it's secured by my current lender, Nvr Mtg Fin Inc, and it's about my property. The thing is, I don't have a mortgage. I don't have any lender at all.

The letter said it was a "FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY" me and to call immediately at 888-731-2187. It felt really off, so I didn't call. I have no idea what they're talking about or why they have my address. Nothing about it made sense to me.
