Ad popped up in my mahjong game and took my money

I was just playing mahjong on my phone and an ad popped up. It said something about a money back guarantee so I figured why not try it. I ended up paying $294.00 total.

It's been 45 days now and the thing doesn't work at all. I tried to get my money back but they won't refund me. The guarantee was never in writing even though the ad claimed it. I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. The phone number they had is (323) 287-3514. The address they gave is in Largo, FL 33773.

I just want my money back. It's not right to promise a guarantee and then not honor it.
