Bought a water bottle on TikTok and now they won't reply

I ordered from this place that was going by "Oak and Home" on TikTok. They were selling what looked like Owala water bottles. The whole thing seemed real at first. They had a website and everything, I paid about 54 dollars.

They sent me a tracking number through Yamato shipping, which I guess is a Japanese company. It looked legit for a week. Then I tried to track the package and nothing worked. I tried to find their brand online and it was just gone. Their support email at [email protected] stopped replying to me.

I did notice they charged me twice for some shipping protection thing. I actually got that money refunded pretty fast when I asked about it. But the actual order never showed up. Now I see they changed their name on TikTok again. It's the same product and same setup. Feels like they just keep making new names.
