Ordered a product and paid extra for fast shipping but nothing came

I ordered something from Oakandsmoke.co and they offered to pay extra for rapid shipping, like ahead of the line, with insurance and tracking. So I paid the extra $42.81. After a week nobody even contacted a shipping company. I keep getting these generic emails saying give them time it’s a busy season. Some emails say the product was shipped and others say it will be shipped. I asked for the tracking number and carrier name but they never give it to me. Their emails feel like AI slop, honestly. I have no product, they have my banking info, and no tracking. I looked into it and there’s hundreds of people this same thing happened to.
