Ordered pouches from Facebook ad and still waiting after two months

I saw these Oasis pouches being advertised on Facebook and I actually googled them first to see if it was a scam. Couldn't find anything bad so I went ahead and ordered. That was 2 and a half months ago.

Still don't have the product. Every time I send an email to [email protected] asking about it I get some excuse for the delay. But I never actually get the pouches. The address they have is in Daphne, AL 36526. I lost about 50 dollars on this.
