Paid for car parts but shipper wants more money to deliver

I bought something from Mikes Auto Parts in Missouri. It was $700 for the part and then another $95 to ship it. That seemed fine at first.

Then I get a text from Ocean Bridge Transporters saying I need to pay $300 more just to ship a small box. I tried calling the shipper but they wont answer the phone. They will text back though. I asked the seller why he didnt just use UPS or FedEx or USPS like normal people. He said it was too expensive.

Now both sides wont talk to me. I already paid $795 total and they want more. Cant get anyone on the phone.
