Paid for windows and doors that were never delivered

I got a message from someone named Luis Corona on Facebook, from a page called Ochoa Remodeling. We talked and I placed an order for windows and doors for my house. The total came to $16,000.

I sent the payment to the email they gave me, [email protected]. The address they listed was 3648 Mary Ave in Stockton, CA. The phone number was (209) 702-2138.

After I paid, everything just stopped. No updates, no replies to my messages. The windows and doors never showed up. It's like they just took the money and disappeared. I'm out the full $16,000 and have nothing to show for it.
