Ordered storage bags but got flimsy plastic that won’t stack

I ordered some large storage stackable bags from their website Odinlakes.com. What showed up was weak plastic material bags that won’t stack unless you fill them with bricks. Total waste of money, I lost about 80 dollars.

I sent an email to [email protected] and it came back undeliverable. Then I went to the website and sent two requests for someone to contact me. No response at all. Their address is 5217 N Kedzie Ave in Chicago but I don’t know if that’s even real.
