Paid for lawyer help but money never went to them

I thought I was paying for an attorney but then the money don’t go to them. That’s what they said it was for. I been trying emails, phone calls, even the chat thing on their site to get the transaction to stop and get my money back.

I can’t talk to them. Nobody picks up or answers. I just want my $185 back. Their website is offtherecord.com and the number is 1(844) 687-2946. Address is 1522 Western Ave, Seattle, WA 98101. I emailed [email protected] too. Nothing.
