Paid for tickets on OfferUp and seller never sent them

I found someone on OfferUp selling tickets and I sent him $480. He said he would send me the tickets after I paid. I never got them. He used the phone number (213) 280-9187 and also another number (310) 290-8014. I don't know what else to do. I just want my money back.
