Voicemail from someone claiming to be about tax mediation

Got a call from 833-275-1743 but I didn't pick up. They left a voicemail from a lady named Avery saying she was from the Office of Tax Abatement Mediation. She said my file was on final stage review and there were items that needed to be addressed.

She told me to call back at 771-333-2237. The message said it was important and I should call right away. Also said if I got it in error to press 2 to be removed.

I don't know what this is about. I didn't call them back.
