Bought software that needed a CD drive I don’t have

I ordered a download for Windows Pro 2010 from their website. Paid the money and everything seemed fine. Then the email came with the download link and it said I had to burn it onto a CD to install it. My computer doesn’t have a CD drive so I tried to put it on my C drive instead but it wouldn’t let me do that either. No way to actually use the software.

Their website says they have 24-hour service but that’s a joke. The phone number they list just hangs up when you call. I sent emails too but nobody ever answered. So there’s no help at all. Just stuck with nothing.
