Two letters about car warranty with no company address

I got a letter in the mail from "Official Business" saying my new car warranty was not activated and to call 888-426-0719 TODAY. Then the same day another letter came, this one had a red envelope that said IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED. Same company name, "Official Business," but no address, no email, no website. Just a signature at the bottom from some program coordinator and a phone number, 888-671-8210. Same number they wanted me to call.

I was suspicious right away. I looked up Brian Capps Toyota and found your page about this being a scam. I never called them and I'm not going to. Thanks for looking out for us.

Warranty letter for my Jeep with no company name on it

I keep getting these letters about the warranty on my 2021 Jeep. They say it’s the final attempt to contact me but there’s a lot of weird stuff about them.

Some details are right like my name and address. But other stuff is missing. Like who the letter is even from. It just says “Official Business” on it. No dealership name, no Jeep, nothing. Just “Official Business.”

It doesn’t make sense. How am I supposed to know what this is about if they won’t even say who they are.
