Ordered a deal but got charged wrong and now they won’t respond

I placed an order for their buy 2 get 1 free deal, it was supposed to be $19.99 each. But they charged me for all three, $59.99. I told them that’s false advertising. So I canceled the order and got a confirmation email saying it was canceled.

Now today I got a notification saying the order shipped anyway. I’ve tried emailing them at [email protected] and calling (218) 543-2824 but no one picks up. The phone just rings then hangs up. No reply to my emails either.

I don’t know what else to do. They took my money and won’t answer.
