Ordered underwear but they said they couldn’t ship it

I ordered men’s underwear from officialhello.com. I put in all my personal info and payment info, the order went through. Then I got a message saying they could not ship the order.

I’ve tried reaching them on their website a bunch of times but never got any reply. I haven’t gotten anything from them at all. I lost $35. I think it’s a scam.
